Welcome to Xenora E-sports! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services. By accessing or using Xenora E-sports, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Important Legal Notice

Xenora E-sports operates as a skill-based gaming platform under Indian laws. Outcomes depend entirely on players' gaming skills, strategy, and performance - not on chance or luck.

Restricted States: Users from Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh cannot participate in real-money tournaments due to local regulations.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Xenora E-sports, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India
  • All information provided during registration is accurate and truthful
  • You will keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • You are not a resident of prohibited states (Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh)

2 Nature of Service - Skill-Based Gaming

Xenora E-sports is a skill-based gaming platform:

  • Tournament outcomes depend on players' gaming skills, strategy, reflexes, and decision-making abilities
  • Success requires practice, knowledge of game mechanics, and tactical gameplay
  • Rankings are based on verifiable performance metrics: kills, placement, survival time, and damage dealt
  • This is NOT a game of chance, lottery, or gambling
  • Protected under Indian laws as a legitimate skill-based competition platform

3 User Account & Registration

Account Creation:

  • You must register with a valid mobile number and Free Fire UID
  • Each user is allowed only ONE account per person
  • Multiple accounts by the same user will result in permanent ban of all accounts
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account
  • Currently, KYC verification is not mandatory but may be required in future for regulatory compliance

Account Security:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
  • Do not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately at support@xenora-esports.in if you suspect unauthorized access
  • We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence

4 Tournament Rules & Participation

Eligibility:

  • Open to Indian residents aged 18 years and above
  • NOT available to residents of: Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh
  • Participants must have a valid, non-banned Free Fire account
  • Banned or suspended Free Fire accounts are not eligible to participate

Tournament Conduct:

  • Join tournaments by registering through the app before the deadline
  • Room ID and password will be provided 10-15 minutes before match start time
  • Use only your registered Free Fire UID for all tournaments
  • Screenshots of match results are mandatory for prize verification
  • Failure to submit valid proof may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture
  • Tournament organizers' decisions on results and disputes are final and binding
  • Scoring based on: Placement points + Kill points (as per official Free Fire tournament rules)

Strictly Prohibited Activities:

  • Using hacks, cheats, mods, emulators, or any third-party software/tools
  • Teaming or collusion in solo tournaments
  • Match fixing, intentional feeding, or any form of result manipulation
  • Abusive behavior, harassment, or toxic conduct towards other players or staff
  • Using VPN, proxy servers, or location spoofing tools
  • Account sharing or playing on behalf of another user

Violation Consequences: Any violation will result in immediate disqualification, prize forfeiture, permanent account ban, and possible legal action in severe cases.

5 Payments, Wallet & Transactions

Payment Gateway:

  • All payments are processed through Cashfree Payment Gateway (PCI-DSS certified)
  • We support UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets
  • Payment gateway charges (if any) are borne by the payment provider

Deposits:

  • Minimum deposit: ₹10 (may vary based on promotions)
  • Deposit amounts are added instantly to your Deposit Wallet
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable except in case of technical errors or duplicate transactions
  • Bonus on Deposits: Deposits of ₹100 or more receive bonus credits (terms apply to bonus usage)
  • All deposits are subject to Indian tax regulations

Withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal: ₹100 per transaction
  • Maximum withdrawal: ₹10,000 per transaction
  • Daily limit: Maximum 3 withdrawals per day
  • Withdrawal Fee:
    • ₹10 flat fee for withdrawals below ₹100
    • 10% processing fee for withdrawals ₹100 and above
    • Fees are subject to change with prior notice
  • Processing Time: Withdrawals processed within 24 hours (maximum 48 hours during high volume or technical issues)
  • Valid bank account or UPI ID must be linked and verified
  • TDS (Tax Deducted at Source): As per Indian Income Tax Act, TDS will be deducted on net winnings above ₹10,000 at applicable rates
  • Bonus amounts and promotional credits are NOT withdrawable
  • We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals

Wallet Types:

  • Deposit Wallet: Funds added by user deposits
  • Winning Wallet: Prize money from tournaments (fully withdrawable after TDS)
  • Bonus Wallet: Promotional credits and bonuses (non-withdrawable, usable for tournament entries only)

6 Prize Distribution

  • Prizes are credited to Winning Wallet within 24-48 hours after tournament completion and result verification
  • Winners must submit valid match screenshots showing placement and kills for verification
  • Discrepancies in results will be investigated; organizers' final decision is binding
  • Prizes may be forfeited in case of rule violations, cheating, or suspicious activity
  • Xenora E-sports reserves the right to withhold prizes pending investigation of any irregularities
  • Prize distribution is subject to TDS deduction as per Indian tax laws

7 Refunds & Cancellations

Tournament Entry Fees - Cancellation by Platform:

  • If tournament is cancelled by Xenora E-sports, 100% full entry fee refund will be credited to your wallet
  • Refund processed within 24 hours of cancellation announcement

User Unregistration After Joining:

  • If you unregister from a tournament after joining, 75% of entry fee will be refunded to your wallet
  • 25% will be deducted as processing and administrative charges
  • No refund if unregistration is done after room ID/password is shared
  • No refund once tournament has started

Technical Issues:

  • Technical issues on user's end (internet, device, game crash) do NOT qualify for refund
  • Server-side issues affecting majority of players will be reviewed case-by-case
  • Contact support@xenora-esports.in immediately if you face platform-related technical issues

Wallet Deposits:

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds only in case of duplicate transactions or payment gateway errors
  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days with transaction proof
  • Refunds processed to original payment source within 5-7 business days

8 Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

Xenora E-sports is committed to maintaining fair play and competitive integrity. We employ:

  • Advanced detection systems to identify suspicious gameplay patterns
  • Manual review of flagged matches and player reports
  • Cross-verification with Free Fire official anti-cheat systems
  • Screenshot and video proof requirements for high-value tournaments

Consequences of Cheating:

  • Immediate disqualification from ongoing and future tournaments
  • Forfeiture of all prizes, winnings, and wallet balances
  • Permanent account ban with no possibility of appeal
  • Legal action and FIR filing in cases involving fraud or financial manipulation
  • Information sharing with relevant authorities and Free Fire developers

If you suspect another player of cheating, report immediately through the app or email support@xenora-esports.in with evidence.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on Xenora E-sports including but not limited to:

  • Text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and visual designs
  • Software, source code, algorithms, and technical architecture
  • Tournament formats, scoring systems, and competition structures
  • Trademarks, service marks, and brand assets
  • User interface design and user experience elements

Are owned by Xenora E-sports and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Note: Free Fire is a trademark of Garena International. Xenora E-sports is an independent third-party tournament platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena.

10 Limitation of Liability

Xenora E-sports shall not be liable for:

  • Internet connectivity issues, network problems, or device malfunctions on user's end
  • Delays, failures, or technical issues with Free Fire servers operated by Garena
  • Actions, conduct, or offensive behavior of other users
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence or sharing of credentials
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Third-party payment gateway failures or processing delays
  • Changes in government regulations affecting skill-gaming platforms

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the past 3 months, or ₹1,000, whichever is lower.

11 Account Termination

Termination by You:

  • You may request account deletion by contacting support@xenora-esports.in
  • Withdraw all eligible funds before requesting deletion
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed

Termination by Us: We may suspend or permanently terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Fraudulent activities, cheating, or use of unauthorized tools
  • Abusive behavior towards staff, support team, or other users
  • Creating multiple accounts or account manipulation
  • Non-payment, payment disputes, or chargeback fraud
  • Suspected money laundering or illegal financial activities
  • Being a resident of prohibited states

Post-Termination:

  • Upon termination, your access to all services will cease immediately
  • Deposit Wallet and Winning Wallet balances (excluding bonuses) will be refunded after deducting applicable charges and pending investigations
  • Bonus Wallet amounts are forfeited
  • Refund processing may take 7-14 business days
  • We reserve the right to retain data for legal and compliance purposes even after account deletion

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from your use of Xenora E-sports will be subject to the following:

Jurisdiction:

  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India
  • Specific court jurisdiction will be determined based on the location where the cause of action arises

Dispute Resolution Process:

  • Step 1: Contact our support team at support@xenora-esports.in with detailed complaint
  • Step 2: We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and investigate within 7 business days
  • Step 3: If unresolved, escalate to our Grievance Officer at official@xenora-esports.in
  • Step 4: Grievance Officer will respond within 15 days with resolution or explanation
  • Step 5: If still unresolved, matter may be taken to appropriate legal authorities

13 Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made due to:

  • New features, services, or tournament formats
  • Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements
  • Platform improvements or policy updates
  • User feedback or operational needs

Notification of Changes:

  • Significant changes will be notified via email to your registered email address
  • In-app notifications or banners will be displayed
  • Updated Terms will be posted on this page with new "Last Updated" date

Your Acceptance: Continued use of Xenora E-sports after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using our services and request account deletion.
